Last week Operations Officer Gary Harker presented the Portland Coast Guard with a much needed diesel powered marine pump.
CFA funded the new pump which is an upgrade from the old. This pump has been adopted for its resistance levels to salt water.
The Portland Coast Guard Flotilla Commander Steve Brown accepted the keys on behalf of the Coast Guard Captain - Cyril Cram.
A huge thank you to the OIC Pat Hyland and team at the Warrnambool Mechanical Workshops for
their efforts in fitting the pump and its carrying frame for use at sea.
