As of Monday 20 April 2015, printed cards (7.5cms x 16cms) will be included within all CFA Service and Life Membership award sets. The printed cards will be placed between the white cardboard cover & the award box (a copy of the card is attached).
OT&V was made aware of the great initiative by Sharon Moloney from District 2 who currently includes the presentation wording as a printed card within CFA Service Awards and Life Membership Awards. OT&V has decided to adopt this initiative and roll it out across the state to ensure that all CFA members receive a consistent approach to the recognition of their contribution.
