The Stonehaven Brigade had an unwelcome entry to the station on Monday morning.
Thieves made a dramatic entry to the station by ramming their stolen vehicle in to the engine room door.
Fortunately a passing member from Lovely Banks saw the vehicle and interrupted them. The member was able to call police and give them a description and the rego. This is the third break-in in six months.
The damage to the door made it impossible to get a truck out.
