Rye Fire Brigade has produced an in-house video to recruit new members.
Using the stories of three local firefighters, the video is designed to encourage those considering becoming a volunteer to give it a go. With the tag line 'that's why I'm a volunteer' the video walks through how these members came to join the brigade, what you can expect to do in a brigade, and what being a volunteer has done for them personally.

Other brigades in District 8 have picked up on the video and are encouraged to repost it with a relevant message and contact details for their local community to encourage sign-ups.
