When Paul Mitchell captured the precious moment his five-year-old son saw a strike team heading to South Australia, we just had to share it on our Facebook page.
Our Social Media team couldn't let Tobey's enthusiasm go unrewarded, so we arranged some gifts for him and a visit to Montrose Fire Station, not far from where he lives.
Montrose Fire Brigade Captain Rob Waters gave wide-eyed Tobey, who chose to wear his Fireman Sam PJs, a tour of the fire station and the trucks.
"I was rapt that Tobey came to our station to visit," said Rob. "Such an inspiring boy. He's welcome to visit any time."
We have no doubt we'll see Tobey fighting fires in the future as a proud CFA member.
