Update your phone or mobile number
CFA’s operational activities require that we can quickly reach members and know they are safe, or to provide urgent operational messages.
Update your email address
Email is an important way of providing timely updates, including about issues and events being discussed in the media.
Set your subscriptions to receive more or less information
You can choose to subscribe to different categories of updates. These include:
- CFA Urgent Updates
- CFA News Updates (fortnightly)
- From the Chief Officer
- My District Updates
You can opt in or out of these subscriptions whenever you like.
If you don’t want to receive emails but prefer to check online when there is something you need to know about, a reminder that all Updates and articles can be found at www.news.cfa.vic.gov.au
How to update your details and subscriptions
Update your details directly by visiting the Update my Details section of Brigades Online.
From there, click on the ‘Menu’ Tab to get to the ‘Manage Subscriptions’ page.
Alternatively, update your details by:
