The latest VFBV Volunteer Welfare and Efficiency Survey report is now available - volunteers can read the report and register for the 2015 survey - which opens on 13 July - at www.vfbv.com.au (see the registration box on the right hand side of the page).
More than 1,600 volunteers took part last year and hundreds have already registered for 2015.
The annual survey began in 2012, it tracks trends in volunteers' opinions on matters affecting their welfare and efficiency, and has become a valuable decision making tool used by both VFBV and CFA.
The 2014 results once again confirm some strong trends that are clear pointers to paths for improvement by CFA.
Copies of the 2014 report have been sent to all Brigades, and you can see it online or download a copy at www.vfbv.com.au
The 2015 survey opens on 13 July, past participants who registered their email address will receive the survey automatically and new participants can sign up by registering their email address at www.vfbv.com.au or calling (03) 9886 1141 to request a printed survey sent by post.
