On 2 and 3 May 2015, the Emergency Services Foundation (ESF) will hold its fourth Volunteer Leaders Forum at the Novotel Hotel, St Kilda.
The forum will provide volunteer leaders and leaders of the future an opportunity to understand a range of initiatives and recent developments in emergency management, including the latest policies, guidelines and technology applicable to the sector. This will help volunteer leaders respond to emergencies and contribute to a better outcome for the community.
Participants at the forum will meet industry leaders and agency chiefs. Leadership workshops, emergency management updates, personal development sessions, site tours and networking will be part of the program.
CFA will be among 12 organisations represented at ESF’s Leadership Forum. Others include Victoria State Emergency Service, Red Cross, Ambulance Victoria and St John Ambulance. Emergency Management Victoria, MFB and Victoria Police will also attend.
Volunteers with any Victorian emergency service or related NGOs are invited to register.
