The CFA Team Exercise Challenge is back for the fourth time in a row! The challenge has been a success so far, helping people to increase their physical activity levels and feel more connected to their colleagues and fellow brigade members.

Kangaroo Ground brigade members entered this year’s April team challenge which involved accumulating as much physical activity as possible in the allotted timeframe. As part of the challenge, members participated in a group personal training session donated by local Personal Trainer Chris Sharp.

Brigade member Tash said she was overwhelmed by the support the brigade showed in wanting to participate in the challenge.

"Some members mentioned that it was the motivation that they needed to become more active," she said.

"The group PT session was a great night - the engine bay was filled with giggles as we sweated our way around the fitness circuit.

"I am super proud of our crew and all the other members who participated in the challenge - well done everyone!"
