Euroa Open Day shines

Euroa Fire Brigade open day was incorporated with the Euroa National Show and Shine held on Sunday 2 October.

Euroa Community Safety Coordinator Gary Kenyon was thrilled with the public response to the brigade display at the Show and Shine.

A historic steam driven pumper from the Melbourne Fire Museum attracted a great deal of interest.

The CFA mobile education unit attracted nearly 1,000 visitors over a five-hour period, while children had the opportunity to 'get down low and go, go, go' in the smoke house. Kids also enjoyed playing on Little Pat the fire truck and squirting some water from the big fire truck.

A great day for Euroa and the community.
