Great BA training

What an opportunity to get some great BA and Search and Rescue training.

Emerald Primary School is going through a complete rebuild. So when we heard the Administration Building was due for demolition, enquiries were made and last Sunday (29th June 2014) brigades met up at the school for some great BA training together with Search and Rescue and experience using the TIC cameras

Three smoke machines were used to fill the building. Emerald Junior brigade members were the victims.

Even though the weather was wet and cold, brigades from Kalorama, Warburton, Monbulk, Clematis, Yellingbo and Bayswater attended.

Huge thanks go to Principal Mark Carver and the demolition company for allowing this to happen, Firefighter Kelly Harris for doing the hard work getting the morning to happen and the brigades that attended.
