The 20th anniversary of the Linton tragedy has been marked by the major TV networks who interviewed the CFA Strike Team Leader on the day and fathers of two of the firefighters who died.
The Linton fire claimed the lives of five Geelong West firefighters - Matthew Armstrong, Jason Thomas, Chris Evans, Stuart Davidson and Garry Vredeveldt.
A commemorative service will be held at Geelong West Memorial park this Sunday.
