The State Government has today announced it has established a Ministerial Working Group to consider recommendations made in the Fire Services Review.
The taskforce is made up of Emergency Services Minister Jane Garrett, Deputy Premier James Merlino and Ministers Fiona Richardson, Lisa Neville and Jaala Pulford.
The review, conducted by David O’Byrne, looks at resourcing, operations, management, and culture of MFB and CFA. The taskforce is expected to complete its response to the review after the current fire season.
